Job Description

Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support (Project-Based)

Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in IT or related field; internships or project experience is acceptable

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN) and peripheral devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
