Job Description
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a qualified IT Support Analyst to join our growing team of healthcare professionals!
Reporting to: Director of IT
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, faxes, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk‑up requests in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
Support Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Support healthcare applications such as EMR/EHR systems (OSCAR, Accuro, etc.).
Assist clinical staff with login/access issues, workflow troubleshooting, and application support.
Support integration and connectivity of medical devices and healthcare workstations.
