IT Helper

Job Tittle: I.T Helper

Responsibility:

· Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, and network devices

· Assist in installation and maintenance of IT equipment

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when required

· Support hospital systems and daily IT operations

· Maintain IT inventory and equipment records

· Ensure data security and patient confidentiality

· Coordinate with IT Officer/head of IT for assigned tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

• Intermediate/Diploma with 1- 2 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job type: Full-time

Salary: 25,000-35,000
