IT Infra Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Infra Engineer) to support our Malaysia operations. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure projects while serving as the on-site technical guardian for the system. Beyond ensuring IT services meet SLA/SLO standards, this role requires strong hands-on problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for first line troubleshooting of automation equipment and system anomalies, bridging the gap between local business units and the HQ technical team to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Warehouse System support
Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defence for both general IT infrastructure and the smart warehouse system.
