Job Description

Overview Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure; monitoring and enhancing system performance and ensuring reliability and availability; recommending and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements in compliance with IT policy & procedure; providing Level 1 support and troubleshooting as required; tracking and enforcing compliance to ISO27001 requirements. 
Responsibilities Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure. 
Monitoring and enhancing system performance and ensuring reliability and availability. 
Recommending and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements in compliance with IT policy & procedure. 
Providing Level 1 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
