IT Infra Specialist

Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure.
• Monitoring and enhancing system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
• Recommending and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
• Providing Level 1 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
• Tracking and enforcing compliance to ISO27001 requirements.

Ideal Profile

• Open for Fresh graduates and junior-level candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Prior work experience within a Network Engineer / Systems Engineer role is an added advantage.
