Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage server room environment and physical servers in rack-mounted configurations.
• Install, configure, and maintain physical servers and virtual machines (VMs).
• Administer and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Manage structured cabling (Ethernet & fiber optics) and power infrastructure (UPS systems).
• Maintain and administer Microsoft Active Directory, domain controllers, group policy, and DNS.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and security of Windows Server environments.
• Develop, implement, and manage the company's backup and recovery strategies and procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Implement and enforce security best practices related to the IT infrastructure.
