Our client is a global financial services institution looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their business in Sydney. 
The successful candidate will join the business on an initial 12-month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent. 
Key Areas of Responsibility and IT Support:
Provide business as usual (BAU) IT support 
IT Service Management for Partners (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
Leverage Global Support Model in providing IT support for Incidents and Service Requests
Analyze impact, risks and effort needed to implement a change request.
