IT Infrastructure and Operations Analyst

We are hiring for IT Infrastructure and Operations Analyst (NOC L1 & L2).
Location: Ortigas (Remote Setup)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary Budget:
-- NOC L1: PHP 45,000–50,000
-- NOC L2: PHP 70,000–75,000
Qualifications:
-- 1–4 years of experience in a NOC, MSP, or enterprise IT operations role
-- Prior exposure to multi-tenant environments or customer-facing support
-- Experience with monitoring platforms (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.)
-- Networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are highly desirable
