Position SummaryThis position must deliver day‐to‐day tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware and software issues across office and production environments.This role will support PC refresh programs, AVI conference room equipment, and managing small IT projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware and software issues to end‐users in both office and production settings, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Assist in managing the yearly PC refresh program, including hardware procurement, deployment, and user support.Support and maintain AVI (audiovisual) conference room equipment, ensuring reliable functionality for meetings and presentations.Manage and coordinate small IT projects throughout the year, supporting various site‐level initiatives.Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes.Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution (vendor management experience preferred).<...
