We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Associate to join our dynamic, remote team. You’ll support SmartWorks’ technical operations across Sales, Professional Services, and Support ensuring client systems and projects run seamlessly. As part of our R&D team, you’ll help bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving client success and operational growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage hosted client application systems and internal R&D environments (databases, networking, and storage)
• Provide primary OS and database support for customers
• Develop and maintain automated unit test suites
• Install, configure, and maintain QA infrastructure
