IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Execute IT strategies that support organizational and security objectives.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Manage and maintain network and system infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure (hybrid), Hyper-V, Aruba Networks, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Ensure security of Microsoft 365 environments, covering Entra ID, Purview, Defender, DLP, Intune, and SharePoint Online.
• Support Azure hybrid operations and assist in cloud migration from on-premises environments.
• Implement and maintain ISO 27001 and ITIL frameworks, including documentation, SOPs, and baseline configurations.
• Conduct security assessments, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Apply CIS controls and enterprise security best practices across infrastructure platforms.
