IT Infrastructure Engineer

Step right up Our client is hunting for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to run the show across on‑prem and cloud arenas. You'll tame servers, juggle virtualisation, keep networks tight‑rope‑ready, and make backups disappear right on cue . When incidents pop up, you're the troubleshooter who brings the crowd back to applause. You'll tune, tweak, and turbo‑charge systems to keep this regulated financial services circus running smoother than a carousel.
Windows Server, AD, Group Policy
VMware/Hyper‑V experience
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls)
Azure or AWS exposure
Backup/DR tools.
PowerShell scripting
Solid troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills
 
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
Microsoft certifications advantageous
Virtualisation or cloud certifications beneficial
ITIL Foundation preferred
