IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute technical implementations
• Maintain technical documentation
• Provide post-deployment support
• Perform proactive maintenance and health checks
• Support client training and handover
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence

Requirements:

• At Least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
• 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
• Competent in technical documentation and client communication
