IT Infrastructure Engineer (with Cloud) – Junior/Mid Level Location: Malaysia • Work Mode: Onsite • Job Type: Contract

What You’ll Do Provide technical support for systems and infrastructure based on company requirements 
Perform daily data processing and generate service availability reports for weekly/monthly reviews 
Monitor and execute system backups; perform housekeeping for infrastructure, storage, and network devices 
Acknowledge and resolve incidents within agreed SLA  timelines 
Provide IT support during internal and external major events
