Deep M365 Administration: Develop, deploy, and manage the M365 and Google Workspace collaboration suite, including SharePoint Online architecture, Microsoft Teams governance, and OneDrive for Business configuration. Migration & Modernization: Lead large‑scale infrastructure transformations, executing migrations from on‑premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online while ensuring minimal business disruption and strong user adoption. Service Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor the health, performance, and usage of M365 and Google Workspace services; provide advanced technical support for complex issues and proactively optimize configurations.
