IT Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the management and support of the organization’s IT systems, network, security, AI-enabled infrastructure and end-user technology. The role involves taking ownership of infrastructure stability, implementing best practices and managing escalated technical issues across servers, websites, networks, cloud platforms, telephony systems and AI-powered solutions such as AI Box video analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of escalated infrastructure and end-user IT issues
• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize wired and wireless network performance
• Operate and support CCTV and video surveillance systems, including recording and video analytics platforms
