IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities Gather and translate business requirements into scalable and secure infrastructure solutions Design, implement, and support identity, security, and collaboration platforms Ensure compliance with IM8 and internal IT policies and standards Manage daily operations, system performance, and incident resolution Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management Automate processes and improve operational efficiency
Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (identity, security, or collaboration domains) Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Purview, and security tools (DLP, EDR, EPP) Hands-on experience with M365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) or Google Workspace Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API Good understanding of cloud and on-premises environments Strong analytical, problem-solvin...
