Key responsibilities
Management and leadership
Supervising a team of IT professionals, including system and network administrators.
Setting team objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional development.
Managing IT budgets, handling hardware and software procurement, and overseeing vendor relationships and contracts.
Communicating with internal stakeholders and presenting infrastructure plans to senior management. 
Strategic planning
Developing and executing the IT infrastructure roadmap to align with business growth and long-term goals.
Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and capability.
Creating, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
