Job Description
Oversee and manage daily IT infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-premises environments, including servers, networks, MS365, backup, antivirus, and security systems.
Coordinate and manage outsourced IT vendors to ensure service level delivery, issue resolution, and infrastructure performance.
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues across the organization.
Drive infrastructure and security standardization, including the implementation of policies, procedures, governance, and compliance controls.
