As the Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will oversee the City’s IT monitoring operations while transitioning to ServiceNow ITOM. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational team in monitoring & event management
• Transition existing systems to ServiceNow ITOM platform
• Drive stakeholder engagement and monitoring requirements validation
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management policies
• Supervise the development of reports and health dashboards
Requirements:
• Extensive IT infrastructure monitoring experience
