Job Description

​- Workflow Optimization: วิเคราะห์ขั้นตอนการทํางานปัจจุบันของทีม IT Support เพื่อค้นหาจุดที่ล่าช้า (Bottleneck) และออกแบบ Workflow ใหม่ที่ทํางานได้โดยอัตโนมัติมากขึ้น
- AI Implementation: ค้นหา พัฒนา และประยุกต์ใชเ้ครื่องมือ AI (เช่น LLMs, Chatbots, หรือ AI Agents) เพื่อช่วยตอบคําถามเบื้องต้น (L1 Support) และจัดหมวดหมู่ Ticket โดยอัตโนมัติ
- Tool Development & Integration: พัฒนาเครื่องมือขนาดเล็ก (Internal Tools) หรือใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Low-code/No-code (เช่น Microsoft Power Automate) เชื่อมต่อระบบต่าง ๆ เข้าด้วยกัน
- Self-Service Portal Management: สร้างและดูแลระบบ Self-service เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ด้วยตัวเองผ่านฐานข้อมูลความรู้ (Knowledge Base) ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI
- Monitoring & Analytics: ออกแบบ Dashboard เพื่อติดตามประสิทธิภาพของ Automation และนําข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อพัฒนาความแม่นยําของ AI อย่างต่อเนื่อง
