ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.

Summary:
Ensures optimum IT infrastructure performance and integrity. Ensures consistency and synchronization across infrastructure components. Ensures performance optimization, and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining and upgrading technology as required. Involved in supporting new and existing applications. Works with other IT groups and business units, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
