IT Infrastructure Senior Executive

OUS Group is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Executive to support and maintain IT infrastructure across our head office and mining sites . This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT systems that support daily business and site operations, with a strong focus on infrastructure availability, user support, and vendor coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Site IT Support

• Provide end-to-end IT infrastructure and technical support for both office and mining site users.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and site-based IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and system issues at office and site locations.
• Perform on-site IT support at mining sites when required, including system setup and troubleshooting.
