IT Infrastructure Senior Executive

OUS Group is seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Infrastructure Executive to support and maintain IT infrastructure across our head office and mining sites. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT systems that support daily business and site operations, with a strong focus on infrastructure availability, user support, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Site IT Support

• Provide end‑to‑end IT infrastructure and technical support for both office and mining site users.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and site‑based IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN, email, and system issues at office and site locations.
• Perform on‑site IT support at mining sites when required, including system setup and troubleshooting.
