IT Infrastructure Specialist/ Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist/ Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst. The profile will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Telefónica Tech Mexico’s IT systems, following the guidelines established by the Workplace area of Telefónica Tech and the Operations area of Telefónica Tech Mexico.

The role will be supported by a microinformatics support technician for incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Laptop management: Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laptops and other mobile devices.
• End-user IT incidents: Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to software and hardware.
