Key Responsibilities
As the IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT systems and user support, including:
Providing first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Managing user accounts, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintaining IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
