Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to users for hardware and software issues
• Perform basic PC and laptop troubleshooting
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates
• Assist in troubleshooting network and internet connectivity issues
• Perform routine IT maintenance and asset inventory updates
