IT Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and management of EDR and other cybersecurity solutions (e.g. Kaspersky).
• Assist the helpdesk team in handling end-user reported technical issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for IT and security-related incidents.
• Support documentation, reporting, and inventory related to cybersecurity tools and deployments.
• Carry out other technical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and endpoint security.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
