IT Intern

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern who is ready to take on new challenges. The IT Intern will support the team and employees integrating a global workforce through Danfoss policies, programs and practices. This position will provide direct IT technical support for employees on their Microsoft Windows computers, applications, mobile phones, as well as IT infrastructure (network), handling on tickets and updating department documentation, indicators and reports.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and monitoring of IT calls, tickets and users
• Support in the data gathering and handling indicators
• Windows Operating Systems and MS Office support
• Engage on IT projects

• Studying higher education in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or related IT topics
