Reports to: IT Operations Manager / Lead Instructor

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Intern who is passionate about both securing business infrastructure and empowering others through technical education. You will play a dual role: assisting our Managed Services team in protecting client environments and supporting our Training department in delivering high-impact cybersecurity education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managed IT & Security Services (MSP)

• Service Desk Support: Assist with Tier 1 helpdesk tickets, including password resets, software troubleshooting, and hardware setup for clients.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) dashboards for anomalies and potential threats.
• Vulnerability Management: Help perform regular vulnerability scans and assist in drafting remediation reports for clients.
