Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, and basic networking
• Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues (hardware, software, internet connectivity, printers, etc.)
• Familiar with Windows OS, basic system configuration, and Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and IP configuration
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Willing to provide technical support to end-users
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment
