Job Responsibilities

1) Software

• Testing & deployment of new and existing software.
• Make software available to appropriate users where applicable.
• Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of software to appropriate users.
• Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all department stations, where appropriate
• Backup, maintain and administrate user accounts for YYC Group users.

2) Hardware

• Maintain and deploy all department computer peripheral equipment, as requested.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users through the internal service form.
• Liaise with external suppliers for the repair of equipment under warranty or maintenance contract.
• Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of hardware to all departments.
• Assist with and provide support/troubleshooting for server hardware.
