IT & ISMS Officer

Overview

The IT & ISMS Officer supports the IT department by maintaining and operating the IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with information security policies. The role combines hands-on technical support with responsibilities related to information security, audits, and employee awareness.

Core Responsibilities

• IT Support & Infrastructure Management: Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and applications (Windows, MAC OSX, Office 365, G-Suite, Adobe).
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in creating and managing user accounts, group permissions, and network access in Active Directory.
• Map and manage network drives and shared folders.
