IT & ISMS Officer

Position Overview:

The IT & ISMS Officer supports the IT department by maintaining and operating IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with information security policies. The role combines hands-on technical support with responsibilities related to information security, audits, and employee awareness.

Core Responsibilities:

1. IT Support & Infrastructure Management

2. Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and applications (Windows, MAC OSX, Office 365, G-Suite, Adobe).

3. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

4. Assist in creating and managing user accounts, group permissions, and network access in Active Directory.

5. Map and manage network drives and shared folders.

6. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate as needed.
