IT Lead

Our client is a leading firm looking for an IT Lead . In this role, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including user support, endpoint and system administration, network stability, cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, backups and recovery, and MSP/vendor oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary IT contact for both in-office and remote users.
• Maintain endpoints (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and core business applications.
• Oversee network infrastructure and cloud/on-premise systems, ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
• Monitor cybersecurity threats, coordinate incident response, and conduct regular drills.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Act as the main liaison with external IT service providers (MSPs), monitoring performance and managing follow-ups.
