Job Title: IT Manager
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Cloud Telephony: Set up and manage cloud communication systems (IVR configuration, call routing, and user management).
* Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all IT assets using tracking tools.
* Procurement: Handle end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment and software within budget.
* Asset Tracking: Monitor equipment assignment, returns, and maintenance schedules using Google Sheets.
* System Administration: Ensure all hardware/software functions optimally and provide technical support.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Cloud Telephony setup and dashboard management.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, tracking logs) is a must.
* Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
* Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
