Crowne Plaza Penang Straits City is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all hotel IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations that support hotel operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, finance, HR, and other hotel systems.
• Provide IT support to all departments and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
