Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Leads and oversee IT infrastructure (including networks, servers, storage systems and data centres), PC & end user support
• Coverage for standard desktop/user applications, desktop/mobile hardware troubleshooting and break fix, Zoom video conference support, user on/off-boarding arrangement, IP phone support, etc
• Tape management, patch deployments, AV updates, start of day checks.
• L1 support of business applications such as Bloomberg/IRESS, Internal trading applications/CRM Tools
• Collaborate with global IT teams on project implementations tasks such as testing upgrade, migration and movements
• Compliance for banking & investment domains
• Budget and Resource Management
• Project Management

Must Have/s:

• Must be willing to work fulltime onsite in Makati
• Must be a degree holder of any IT-related course
