Introduction:
Our client is in the banking industry. They are currently looking for an IT Manager will act as the primary internal owner of IT operations, infrastructure, security, end-user support, and IT vendor management.
Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Vendor Management: Serve as the company’s main IT contact and manage outsourced IT vendors to ensure reliable support, SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, escalation handling, and proper technical documentation.
Infrastructure, Cloud Services & System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, backup systems, security solutions, and business applications.
Website & Domain Services: Coordinate website, hosting, and domain-related matters with external service providers, such as DNS, SSL certificates, website security, integrations, renewals, and techni...
