We’re hiring: IT Manager (Web, OTT, Cybersecurity & AI Ops) — Remote

Organization: Knowledge Networks | Portfolio: Multi-initiative websites + OTT

Knowledge Networks is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own our end-to-end tech operations across multiple initiatives—websites, hosting, cybersecurity, email/identity, SaaS applications, and our OTT platform (Moonshots.TV). We also want someone who can deploy AI agents/automation to streamline operations and reduce manual workload—safely and with strong governance.

What you’ll own

• Website & hosting operations: uptime, performance, backups, DNS, SSL, CDN/WAF, releases & monitoring
• Moonshots.TV operations: reliability, vendor coordination, streaming/analytics workflows, incident handling
• Cybersecurity: MFA/SSO, access control, phishing defense, vulnerability management, incident response playbooks
