Job Summary

Foodle is seeking a technically strong and proactive IT Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and support of its food business app, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other integrated business applications. This role is key to ensuring smooth digital operations, providing real-time tech support, and optimizing system performance for both customer-facing and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities App Implementation & Management

· Lead the end-to-end implementation of Foodle's mobile and web applications across all outlets.

· Coordinate with app developers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless deployment.

· Monitor app performance and user feedback to continuously optimize features, user interface, and backed systems.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

· Provide on-ground and remote technical support for app, POS systems, and other business-critical applications.
