About the role

We are looking for a IT Manager to lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for our web2 to web3 fintech product suite. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and innovative web2.5 fintech solutions that deliver superior user experiences. The IT Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry.

• Stabilize & ship v1 to GA: Own a hardening plan (3 months) to improve performance, reliability, and security; close P0/P1 gaps; and reach GA with clear exit criteria (SLOs, test coverage, audit readiness, runbooks, on-call).
