Hiring – IT Manager (Garment Industry)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced IT Manager to join our garment manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems
• Ensure smooth operation of ERP systems (SAP B1 / other ERP preferred)
• Handle data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate with departments for IT support and system improvements
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, and hardware/software procurement
• Lead and supervise the IT team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in garment/textile industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, networking, and database management
• Experience in factory IT operations is highly preferred
