The IT Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations supporting retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices in the Philippines. The role ensures the stability, security, and performance of retail systems while aligning local IT initiatives with global IT strategies and governance.

• Ensure high availability and performance of retail systems, including POS, payment platforms, ERP, inventory management, and omnichannel solutions
