1. Collect and evaluate user requirements.
2. Test and implement new systems, solutions and methodologies and find solutions to business requirements.
3. Offer solutions to improve functionality and profitability and produce reports on application development and implementation.
4. Review and analyze system specifications.
5. Identify hardware and software issues and provide solutions to the roots of the problems.
6. Test and evaluate new technologies before deployment to the department.
7. Create ICT inventory, as tracker of IT equipment for the Department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Information Technology and other related course.
2. With at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. With strong managerial and leadership skills.
4. With deep analytical thinking.
5. Can work under pressure.
6. Can work in a fast-paced environment.
