About the Role
The Head of IT will oversee all infrastructure, systems, cloud environments, cybersecurity, digital assets, and internal IT support, ensuring stability, security, and scalability as the company grows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose del Monte Bulacan, responsible for taking full ownership of the company's IT ecosystem, including system and network maintenance, cloud platforms, and overall technology efficiency. As the first dedicated IT leader, the role is both strategic and hands-on, covering technology planning and implementation, hardware and software troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, vendor coordination, and the establishment of IT policies, processes, and documentation. The Head of IT will also collaborate closely with internal departments to align technology initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and data security standards.
