IT Manager – Ports

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the end-to-end technology backbone of our port and terminal operations in Sabah.

In this critical leadership role, you will act as the Local IT Business Partner, ensuring highly available IT infrastructure, secure networks, and reliable server/cloud platforms. You will also oversee the Terminal Operating System (TOS) and its integrations, ensuring technology enables operational excellence while aligning with our Group and APAC IT strategies.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the Local IT Business Partner for terminal leadership, working closely with local management to ensure IT solutions align with operational and commercial objectives.
• Maintain high-availability environments for on-premises servers, storage (SAN/NAS), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), local networks, WAN, and backup/DR systems.
