Lead HIS Enhancements: Oversee module integration and other Health Information System (HIS) improvements, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
IT Asset & Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software, enforce IT hardware standards, and lead initiatives such as printer reduction across departments.
Legacy System Transition: Lead the technical transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
Cybersecurity Compliance: Implement the framework and enforce the Malaysia Cyber Security Act 2025 within the hospital.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all IT operations comply with hospital governance, data privacy laws, and internal hardware procurement policies.
SOP Development: Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the IT department to support streamlined 24/7 hospital operations.
