Key Responsibilities:

• IT Systems & Infrastructure: Direct and maintain the IT infrastructure and software platforms across JEP Group.
• Policy & Security Control: Develop and enforce comprehensive IT policies, standards, and procedures while ensuring robust system security.
• ERP Management: Lead the IT team in delivering daily ERP support such as providing training, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation to keep operations running smoothly across all branches. Additionally, lead the rollout of new ERP systems and upgrades as needed.
